Day 2

Not a great sleep last night, probably overtired, beds here are always comfortable, but like many hotels the pillows are small. Katie and I have a couple of travelling pillows, nice and large...we like them.

Went down for our usual breakfast here...the bacon and eggs special without the bacon. They make a really good breakfast and the coffee is good. We were able to use our points so the cost was nil.

Katie and I then went to the "office". We call it that because Katie virtually always wins. I know many will say that is impossible when playing machines, but Katie has a knack, and is always paying attention to what is going on around her. I have the net spreadsheet to prove it.

Katie ended up with a machine that gave here 186 free spins, and she got almost $200. I of course was struggling as usual. Later on I got lucky and found a machine that paid me well so I was up about $200. Then the unpredictable happened, Katie started to go on a losing streak...Unbelievable!

At the end of the day it was up and down...and we netted $65..but ok with us...much better than the negative side.

We went for the buffet here at Harrah's, very good selection, and our points enabled both meals for $10.

We watched some TV and relaxed for the rest of the night.

and so ends another great day on the way to the Valley!
